Practitioners of Color
I am very specific about the services I offer: I speak to mostly White audiences, facilitate White affinity groups, and provide 1:1 coaching to White leaders and aspiring change agents. This means that I am often not the right person to do the antiracism work you need. Out of personal integrity and respect for my fellow practitioners of color, I will not take work for which I am not qualified, or if I believe someone else can do it better.
On this page, I’ve curated a list of practitioners of color who provide a wide range of antiracism services. Every person listed here comes with my highest recommendation. You are welcome to mention that you found them through this website, but please note that I do not expect or collect referral fees.
